yes, unless stated otherwise, the frame shown is included with your order. it is a black metal frame with a glass face.
what if i want a different color background than what is listed?
most paintings are available in different color backgrounds. if you don't see the color option you want listed, you can request it by sending an email to requests@lesleyarango.com after you purchase. be sure to include your name and the name of the painting along with your color request.
do you do custom orders?

what forms of payment do you accept?
i accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover, or regular account payments all through paypal. money orders and checks okay too.
do i need a paypal account to purchase from this store?
no, you are not required to have a paypal account, although if you already have a paypal account, you may use it.
so you do accept checks?
yes, but please keep in mind this will delay your order. please allow 2 weeks for processing time, plus the average 3-7 day shipping time and there is a $15 charge for returned checks.

how secure is this store?

how do you ship?
all packages are shipped via united states postal service and are shipped priority mail. for more information on shipping, read the "shipping information" section in the categories to your right.
how long will it take for my package to get to me?
after you place your order, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed, painted, packaged and shipped. USPS priority mail is delivered to most US addresses in 3 to 7 business days after the item is shipped from my garage.
do you ship to canada?
yep, i sure do. international orders are always welcome. keep in mind that it will take longer for your order to arrive. allow 10-15 days for shipping. also, international shipping charges are not configured when you place your order. they will be higher. after you place your order, you will receive an email invoice for the additional shipping charge. the charge will vary, depending on the weight of your order. if you have any questions, email shipping@lesleyarango.com.
do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
yes, i will, but i don't always catch it, so if you've purchased several paintings, and you've been charged several times for shipping, email shipping@lesleyarango.com and i'll reimburse you the difference.
i purchased this for a gift, will you ship it directly to the recipient?
yes, if you don't see the option to enter a different "ship to" address, send a message including the name and address of the recipient to shipping@lesleyarango.com. be sure to include your order information. if you ask really nicely, i'll even put a handmade birthday (or whatever day) card and/or note in the package.
i got my paintings, but the glass is broken in one of the frames. what do i do?
send a message to shipping@lesleyarango.com and we'll work out a resolution that you'll be 100% happy with.
